The people at this specific location have been the nicest and most helpful employees I've ever met at a child support office. The system itself is broken, DOR is broken and there are many mistakes made in the Florida child support system as a whole. But the people at this location try to help the best they can and are friendly. I've been here several times, I used to go to the Pinellas ones and those were horrible experiences. Thanks to this Pasco office for helping or at least trying to.

It’s great how this state dept has received numerous request from a father to have his case reviewed cause of a job change where he makes 50% less now then when they originally calculated his owed child support. Each time he submits his review he gets paperwork in the mail to fill out the exact same stuff over and over again so when he calls to ask why they simply state “we will review the info and mail you a letter. This father has been homeless for almost 2 years cause they take over 60% of his check each month while he is also paying to support another 4 year old child. He can’t afford to take anymore time off work to deal with this issue, he has to ride his bike or walk to work or labor ready so he can pay child support for his kids. Also the child in question of this high child support was taken away from the mother 4 months ago but the drug addict mother is still receiving child support even though she doesn’t have the child. When Thomas Kietzman calls to let them know this, they state “you need to bring us proof” WHAT??? Pick up the damn phone and call CPS and they will gladly inform you of this. So while the father is homeless, can’t afford a vehicle, can barely afford food he has to sleep on couches of friends cause he can’t even afford a studio apartment. He is paying almost $800 a month for one child but those calculations are based off of his last job he left 3 years ago and he has informed you of this 4 times in 3 years. But my ex wife who lost custody of my daughter who I have 24/7 since birth 6 years ago gets to file for a reduction even though she has only paid $40.00 in over 2 years, gets approved for a reduction in a 3 month time but still doesn’t pay nothing and hasn’t seen a day in jail not ONCE!!!! Mothers get the upper hand with child support but fathers will be put in jail ASAP if they miss a payment. The media will be notified of this and you will be sued!!!

I've been there 3 times in the last two months for the same issue. Each time I bring the same documents (birth certificates) that they request. Each time they assure me that the issue is resolved and no more information is required. Then I get another letter requesting the same documents again for the same issue! Two weeks ago, I got such a letter. I am and have always been the legal custodial parent, birth mother and have fully established uncontested paternity for my children. Yet, for some unknown reason, Pasco Co. child support revenue keeps trying to pursue child support against my ex-husband whom I have been separated from for over a year BEFORE becoming pregnant and is not the father. I have provided proof of paternity and the case numbers of active child support cases established against the biological father in my home state THREE TIMES! Once again they stated that I needed to bring my child's birth certificate. Knowing that this was the same issue I had already 'resolved' three times, I called. Never got an answer. I then used the interactive web chat. The worker assured that they would send a note to the case worker that I had already been into the office and provided the information requested on several occasions. Yesterday, I got a letter of 'failure to comply'. Seriously? Now, I have to use time and gas to go to the office ONCE AGAIN to bring the SAME DOCUMENTS to resolve the SAME ISSUE. I have rarely encountered such incompetence from a government office!

I don't know if they have a local fax number, you might have to call them and ask for it, or it be better to go to the office and drop off.

Well these people are evil. So if anything i would bring a lawyer. Because they enjoy hurting people just for the evil joy of it. And i am not mad. But all those people who are getting destroyed when they do everything right for evil woman and men who do not care about the people who go into that office. You can tell how they act. They are fake people. 1 person in that whole office was nice to me one time. And most of the time there are 6 of them and only 1 is working. They are always sick. coughing. Trust me i speak in Truth and they have to be the rudest office i have ever been in. And they think they are slick with the gossiping behind the counter... You have the worst STAFF i have ever seen and heard talk. You can say "bye to your coworkers" but what about the people who go inside there? Your all so yukky and make everyone feel yukky.
