Went to get a estaminet for a tail gate to be placed and painted from my insurance company. They refused to replace the tail gate and want to just fill it full of body filler. A totally wrong way to fix the car. Said my insurance company wouldn't allow it. Come to find out they was lying to me. So i stopped by a real body shop paint and body shop who said if the tail gate was filled with that much body filler it would end up cracking. There should never be more than 1/4 inch body filler ever used. So now the tail gate is done correctly and the insurance company paid for the whole claim minus my deductible. This shop would be ok for an used car lot that is just trying pretty up a car to run it through the action but should never be used for a new car or one you want to repair correctly or to keep. I was told by the employee at the front desk i might want to take the vehicle to another body shop. I took his advice and done just as he directed so i could get the car fixed properly.

West Coast Collision was a pleasure to deal with, from the get go when I arrived after leaving my local dealership which couldn't do the repairs West Coast was recommend to do the work. Roman went above and beyond to take care of me and also respected my time greatly, after explaining my situation he setup for me to come back a couple days later when the parts arrived to setting up a rental vehicle while the work was being done and the same on the back end when my vehicle was ready he called to let me know it would be done later in the day and called again a few hours later when it was ready to be picked up all together a highly recommend service and experience. Thankfully in four years I've only had to use them twice. But nothing less than perfection both customer service and their workmanship. I used insurance but I've chosen them over many other collision centers in the region. Their service and dedication it's nothing less than perfect. I honestly hope to never have to see or use them again but if another person hits me that's where I will be.
