During our visit, we can say the place was very nice, clean and welcoming: The interior looks bigger than from the outside so was a very nice surprise for the open feeling. Costumer service was great, we felt very welcome and happy bc how friendly their associates were. Was packed of ppl and everyone maintain a good spirits while awaiting our foods just bc the nice and happy energy transmitted by their associates keeping us informed also on everything and others, ty! Time waiting for a Tripleta sandwich and a Mofongo Bowl from lunch special was fair considering was peak time on a Saturday; Also ordered some pastries just to experience the flavor from the place and all was delicious! Definitely stopping by here more often! Keep up with the awesome work! 🥰

Recipes different than I am used to, but it was still very good food. I still haven't tried their bakery stuff, which I am sure is where they will really shine, but we had a very nice quick lunch here. The restaurant was spotless and the employees who were all very, very busy were still extremely nice 👍

This place was recommended while attending a class in Polk County. I ordered for pickup but ended up eating inside the restaurant. Before I even walked in the place the smell was amazing! I had the Trifongo lunch special, which I have never tried before. The dish is delicious! The plantains combined with the meat, then adding the broth...OMG 😋 YES....more por favor!

Amazing!! I heard about this place just decided over the weekend to go. I didn’t make it, but I did on Wednesday and was delighted. The portions were more than enough; my wife and I split the 1/2 lunch Cuban special, and it was more than we could eat (see photos). I was impressed with the side order of sweet plantains as well. Again look at the pictures, and for $21 with a tip, a bargain! I was not too fond of take-out boxes for dining in, but my wife mentioned makes it easier to take home. Not a fan of that or ordering being asked to leave a tip on the CC machine and then cleaning up after myself (maybe that’s a COVID thing?). I would return if not only to get a hand-rolled cigar (yep, they sell cigars!) Stop on by; you won’t be disappointed 😍

Hello! Currently we offer two kinds of bread, both are Puerto Rican. Pan de Agua is great for sandwiches and has a slight crust to it. Pan Sobao is soft and sweet. Both are made from scratch, in house daily. We will definitely pass along your sourdough suggestion to our bakers! 😀
