I was with a friend barely driving inside the community. I was interested in buying one of the homes for sale. As I drove past the community office a white car driven by a woman from the office failed to stop, slow down, or even acknowledge I was driving. I almost t-boned her car! Not only did they loose a good future resident, the realtor lost a sale. If the office associates drive like this good luck working with them in the future.

If I could attach pictures, I'd share the mounds of garbage that have been piled up for two weeks because the dumpster never works and they never empty the bins. Rats, roaches and gnats are taking over. DO NOT move here. Packages are stolen, my grill was stolen. Rent is high and maintenance is low.

This is a gated community but they don't work !! Lived there for two years, run from ELS. it's all about money, if something breaks the office either don't answer or they don't come in. I wouldn't recommend this property to an enemy. Rent will go up 30.00 a month per year!! RUN FAST FROM THIS COMPANY! ELS IS A JOKE

Lot rent is 700 + it will go up 30.00 + every year, plus you have to pay taxes on their land called a pass thru tax. About 300.00 a year. This place is absolutely terrible !!!!! Run from all ELS Properties !!!
One person has to be 55 + you don't want to live in a ELS Property !!! So glad we got out !!!

In the Arbors lot fee includes lawn mowing, mail is delivered to box at your house, can live here full time and own your home or may be some for rent. Clubhouse, pools, gym, many activities also included. Average lot rent $650 - $700.

The Arbors has homes only, no camping is allowed on the lots.
