I went to this MedExpress because it's the closest one for me. It was my 2nd time going here. I went on Sunday 07/17/22. All the staff were friendly. They weren't busy at all. It took me less than an hour from start to finish. Yes, I would recommend this clinic. It was clean, quiet, fast and friendly.

I can't say enough nice things about my recent visit to this facility! Everyone, both front desk and medical staff, was very professional and friendly and I was taken into an exam room as quickly as possible. Catherine, the nurse practioner I saw is the best! She listened attentively and seemed genuinely interested in helping me resolve my symptoms. I didn't feel rushed, and she made sure I had all my questions answered. Thank you all so much! I would not hesitate to use this facility again, or recommend to others.

I was very frustrated that I was quoted a 1 hour wait which turned into a 2.5 hour ordeal. Once inside the triage person and the medical practitioner were both great. I’d give them 5 stars but the scheduling and lack of ability to make an appointment was a big negative for me. Maybe consider covered parking or a larger grace period after receiving the call to come in so people could go home to wait or go somewhere with a/c instead of killing time in a hot car in the Florida sun. Again, once getting admitted the staff was great, just hated not having a more accurate estimate on how long I’d have to wait.

Worst place to bring children if you are a panicked worried, parent. I had left my debit card in car, my son was in pain suffering. I told them to please just allow him to be seen, i will handle finances in a few minutes. I Just wanted son to be ok, some reassurance. The front desk reception was so cold hearted. Saying we will not be able to see him in until you pay, Kept repeating oh well that's our Policy. That's why on reception window its states "they have zero policy for abusive or violent behavior to our staff", because they are, im sure, aware that the staff is unprofessional, rude and make it very clear they only care about your money not your health.

If you’ve visited us as a patient, MedExpress can help make a mental health referral for new symptoms, but we also encourage you to reach out to community resources. If you have insurance, the 1-800 number on the back of your card will connect you with someone who can help with in-network referrals.

MedExpress offers both COVID-19 rapid antigen and send-out PCR lab tests for travel requirements. In order to ensure you receive the highest-quality care and treatment, all individuals seeking COVID-19-related care at MedExpress will receive an evaluation by a health care professional. Timing may vary depending on the volume of tests being performed by our commercial lab partner, but it is currently taking around 2-5 days for patients to receive send-out PCR laboratory results. Results will be available through LabCorp's Online Patient Portal. The COVID-19 rapid antigen test generally provides results during your visit. Please note - timing of results may vary due to demand. Prior to visiting MedExpress, please confirm the type of COVID-19 test required for entry into the jurisdiction you are traveling to as the type of COVID-19 test result accepted may vary by jurisdiction.

We sure do, but if your school’s physical form requires verification of past immunizations or an immunization history, it’s best to visit your pediatrician or PCP since we do not have access to that information.
