I had a bad experience trying to return some board games I had purchased at this store, despite the fact that I had a valid receipt. When the customer service rep asked me if there was anything wrong with the (opened) games, I told her that I had found them cheaper on Amazon. She said that since the games had been opened, she was going to refuse the refund. I asked - "what if I had opened them and then decided that they were poor quality - would I still be unable to return them?" She said "Actually, you WOULD be able to return them if you didn't like them, but you already said you found them cheaper somewhere else, so I'm refusing your return." So the lesson I learned was - if you buy something at Target and then find it somewhere else cheaper, too bad for you - Target has a right to stand by their "higher prices."

I want to just say I love Target and this is my go to store all the time. Very frustrating that they obviously don’t have anyone checking prices in the store. One thing marked $4.99 on display. Rang up $5.29. Toilet paper clearly marked on shelf $8.99 (yes I read the tag to be sure I was grabbing correct items) rang up $10.19. Someone needs to be doing weekly price changes at this location and changing shelf tags (not signage) Two items out of a small amount of items I purchased isn't ok for the consumer.
