I so love both the Rita's and Dunkin, they are both very quick and efficient. I have never had a messed up order, or a long wait.

3rd time visiting this Dunkin Donuts and honestly the last. Quality of both coffee and food has gone downhill due to staff not caring about quality control and customer satisfaction. My coffee this morning was Luke warm and full of sugar. (Not drinkable) It doesn't take a College Degree to make or brew a simple cup of coffee ?? 🤔 Sad to see this franchise perform the way they do. Management and/or ownership need to take reins and fix this.

Coffee tastes burnt which sucks. Had some from the one on Street Road and it was good. Got a wrap and was underwhelmed.. Half a circle of an egg and like half a strip of bacon.. My order was 4.11 which seemed high for a small black coffee and a little wrap. When I gave them cash they said "have a good day" and didn't give me my change... Which was 9 cents but still...awkward. Gonna check out other places.
