Ive never had a problem with the staff until yesterday I went to pick up meds the pharmacist came up to the window no greeting when I gave my name he went to get meds when I informed him of insurance he got an attitude ran it told me I had to have a different insurance that it wasnt possible to have my insurance then found out my insurance was fine it paid for my rx's then he handed to me and I went on my way however he was rude and made me feel like an inconvenience. I have since switched my pharmacy to cortez drugs very friendly there.

This pharmacy is by far ABSOLUTELY the BEST pharmacy I've ever done business with. The staff is not only a pleasure to deal with but they're very knowledgeable and go out of their way to help whatever your needs may be. I USED to go to CVS. They were terrible. Most of the time they didn't have in stock whatever meds I needed. They would tell me my RX would be ready at a certain time then after waiting all day when I go back to pick meds up at the time they said, they tell me meds are out of stock. Not phn call nothing. This happened multiple times. I'll never go back. I love Palmyra Pharmacy. Will never go anywhere else

Unbelievable service. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Delivery is free. The drug prices for non insurance covered meds are amazing. I needed a med for my dog. Publix charged $23 for 30 days. Palmyra filled 90 days for $10. And delivered. I cannot praise the owner and his staff enough.

The best pharmacy ever! Literally the best ( and no I’m not paid to say that) they are fantastic!!!! Never have an issue getting my medicine, they are always super kind and super helpful! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! I used to use them in Tampa and then they moved to Brooksville and I followed them here! I would drive anywhere just so they were my pharmacy! If I could give them 10 stars I would!
