I have been a customer of Combined Energy Services for over three years and I am very pleased with their timely and efficient service and fuel deliveries. They also did the hook-up of our dryer and generator and inspected all connections for an extra measure of safety. In particular, my interaction with Marla at the Dingmans Ferry office have always been excellent. Marla really cares and goes out of her way to spend time to be helpful and informative. She is definitely an asset to customers and the company.

Tom V, Tom H, Moirla, are the Epitome of what Customer Service is and should be and are the reason why I use and choose Combined Energy Services for my Home Heating Provider!!! Also for sales, Cisco is remarkable, knowledgeable and is also the Epitome off what a Sales representative should be!!!

It's been a busy couple weeks where Combined Energy has been top notch. Two weeks ago Chris took care of properly installing our gas range after the Lowes installers made some significant errors. This week Tom came out and repaired our …Thank you so much Mr. Leiser for your kind words. We have a great team and we're glad we could be of assistance.

Was just in to get my propane tank filled, the guy told me I could “go inside and pay I’ll take care of it” was treated rude when I paid then I get home and when I put my gauge on my tank it’s only halfway full....outrageousTommy - really sorry about your experience. Not sure how a "gauge" would tell you how much gas is in the cylinder - that would only show pressure. Please bring the cylinder back, we'll be happy to put on a scale and check how much gas is in it. Or you can put it on your normal household / bathroom scale -- look on the collar for "TW" which is the empty tank weight. (17-19 lbs). You subtract that from the full weight on your scale - you'll know how much was put in. Chances are he filled it to the "bleeder" on the valve which is safely at full capacity. But there is no pressure gauge that will show how much propane is left inside your cylinder - you can only tell by weight or when the 'bleeder' valve shows the person filling it liquid, that's when they stop filling. Please feel free to bring it back in, we'll be happy to weight it in front of you. ----------- As far as being rude, totally uncommon and we'll surely look into that. We don't have any rude people - would love to hear more of the story as we'll draw and quarter that person if they were rude, but we have the BEST team in the industry. We don't employ rude anyone and we deal with some real tough customers, our team is amazing. Come on back, let us weigh it, surely didn't gyp you - happy to see if there's any problems. Really wished you would have CALLED us before going on some review site - we're always happy to look into any BBQ cylinder filling problems, happy to reweigh your cylinder to make sure you got your full fill. Thanks - have a nice weekend and if you let us know which location filled your cylinder, we can look into it further and alert them that you're on your way back to have it reweighed.

Yes, through our mobile app, you can order fuel oil. The CES App was already great for mobile account management. We just added another convenient process that you can do from your phone: Order home heating oil or kerosene. If you are a will call customer (meaning you call CES when your tank reading is at 30% tank), you can now process that order on our mobile app without calling the office. Log into your CES account on your Apple or android phone. Don’t have the app? You can get it from the App Store for Apple Products or Google Play for Android. You can also visit our blog post and download it directly from there: bit.ly/CESAppUpdated Please note at this time you cannot order propane through the app.

Michele - thanks for the question. Our prices shouldn't be high per gallon as we watch the state energy offices survey pricing, we always less than any districts posted. In addition we purchase gas from 5 different supply terminals and store over 1 million gallons in huge salt caverns to make sure we have the gas in winter. As far as 30%, we do this to make efficient deliveries which helps keep overhead costs down. The solution to big bills is our 12 month Balanced Budget Payment Plan. This starts in May, 12 lower, even payments and can even be billed directly to a credit card or selected bank account. This ensures you will get your deliveries AUTOMATICALLY, get our lowest cash price and we can even cap your rate for winter if you select a cap program. We have hundreds of customers on our 12 month plan, makes home heating way more digestible and takes the worry out of watching the gauge on the tank. Thanks for your business, questions and we hope you call to get on the budget!
Wendy- thanks for asking.... we have our open house during the summer, haven't set the date just yet since it still feels like winter and haven't gotten into our great weather planning.... please do a sun-dance! Keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates on the Dingmans 'customer appreciation day' date!
