Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The food was not much better either. Ordered a large half cheese half pepperoni pizza for the table while my wife ordered a cheesesteak with onion rings. They brought the cheesesteak out 10-15 min before the pizza, so my wife is sitting there waiting for everyone else to get the pizza while her food is getting cold. Trish, the waitress, neglected our table the entire evening. Never smiled or looked like she even slightly enjoys her job. When we were about done eating, a group of 5-6 walked in and Shane said to them while pointing at us "as soon as they are finished eating we will get you seated there." I noticed him pointing at our table and he immediately stopped talking. He then discretely walked to Trish who printed out our receipt without asking if she could get us anything else. We felt rushed because of Shane and watched due to him telling others they will get our table when we are done. Shane should be ashamed of himself for not only the quality of food, but the complete lack of customer service he and his staff provide. Needless to say we will not be back for a second time and I warn and urge others to steer clear.

This place was really fun. I am a huge baseball fan, and the place is decorated with all sorts of MLB and sports photos, cards, and memorabilia. The owner, former MLB pitcher Shane Rawley, greeted us at the door and was very welcoming. The service was good. Typical service and menu for a sports pub. Nothing fancy. Blue collar pizza, bar food, and beer. If that's what you're looking for, this will meet your expectations. The pizza was very good. Typical thin crust. Cracker like on the edges, firm with a little chew on the center pieces. It's square cut, and I ate a little more than half of a medium by myself. The medium was what I would typically expect a large to be. So, the portions were good sized. The toppings were fresh, and it was not over sauced. I would have preferred a little more cheese, but it wasn't too little. That's just a personal preference. On a scale from 1-10 (10 being nearly unattainable, 9 being amazing, 8 being really, really good, 7 being very good, 6 being meh, but satisfying...) I would rate this pizza a solid 7.6. if you follow Dave Portnoy's pizza reviews (one bite, everybody knows the rules) think his review numbers. I enjoyed it. It was very good, but I was not blown away. I was not disappointed, and not blown away. It was a really good place, and I was happy. Shane, the owner, visited our table a few times and interacted with the kids a lot. The atmosphere, service and food will have me return. Thanks for the good experience!

Ordered three different pizzas for takeout. They made the crust so thin that they burned it on all three pies. Pizza sauce was about the same quality as any chain pizza place. Very disappointing. Anyone who says this is like good New York pizza has probably never been to NYC or any of the other boroughs. Maybe itβs as good as upstate NY pizza, but Iβll never know.
