Visited Khalid because a rotor on one of my watches was not properly spinning while wearing to keep the watch wound. He diagnosed the exact issue before opening the watch and repaired it on the spot. He even pressure tested it once he re-secured the case back. All of this inside of a 10 minute span and refused to accept anything for it! Now that is service! His knowledge of watch movements in the short time that we visited was astounding. From now on he will be the only person I trust with my timepieces.

Truly 5 stars! I took a watch there that needed some restoration that Cartier wouldn’t touch without trying to replace 75% of the watch. I explained what the watch meant to me, left with Khalid and within a few weeks I had received it back in better condition than prior to it breaking. Thank you Khalid @ TimePieceFix

I couldn’t be happier with my experience….. I brought my Tag in after it had lost a battle to the Florida elements and Khalid returned it to me as if it was brand new. I’m talking every little scuff or scratch, even the rust that built up after salt water got inside…..gone. The quality of work and service were nothing less than First Class all the way!!
