I've been trying to call for two days. Finally spoke to someone today, but then he transferred me to "the lady who does the booking." Now the line is ringing off the hook. This is the worst customer service of any tire place in Alaska. The phone just hung up... We ordered the tire weeks ago, but they won't schedule installation until after the tire arrives. It took a while, but I’m scheduled to get the tires put on in two weeks.

Got a good deal with the PFD sale thinking that I was saving money on some winter tires. They didn’t have any in stock so I had to order them and they took two weeks to get here from the lower 48. Called to make an appointment and they’re another two or three weeks out from even getting the tires on. It’ll be mid December before I finally have my winter tires and I only get a few months to use them before I have to take them off again. I’ve called multiple times to set appointments and was told I would get a call back and never did. Very poor customer service and very poor scheduling. They advertise all these savings you get if you buy tires with them but then they can’t get to you for two months. Better off spending a couple extra hundred dollars more to get the tire you need WHEN YOU NEED THEM. Will never go through this again with Costco. Very disappointed as this is the only reason why I got a Costco membership in the first place. Hindsight is 2020 don’t waste your time with these guys. Definitely first few come first few served and everyone else is put on the back burner.

The San Bernardino Costco tire shop did a great job installing a new set of Bridgestone Quietraks on our CR-V. After driving several hundred miles, an inspection a couple weeks later revealed a lug nut missing from one wheel. I presented it back at the shop, where the manager expressed some shock, spent 20 minutes rummaging to find and install an exact replacement, then checked all wheel lug nuts with a torque wrench. He also provided good advice on how much extra inflation the tires should have for our 3500 mile road trip home from Loma Linda to Anchorage, carrying extra load through changing climatic conditions. Never had one problem the entire trip, thanks to good service and great tires. They also use nitrogen for inflation, which runs cooler and reduces oxidation.

What is the model of 2010 Ford Taurus? Is it Limited, SE, or SHO? The tire size varies depends on the model. That is what the guy at the Costco tire shop told me on the phone. You should give a call directly to the tire shop at the Costco near you.
