Took my wife's van in because it was overheating. It was the rad fan which cost me 400 bucks. No problem. Then a week later van starts throwing check engine code for rad fan so I take it back in. Mechanic looks it over and says it's something with the wiring, but no big deal. He assured me that van is fine. Said my wife will not overheat as long as she keeps ac running. Ok, fine. A few weeks later my wife overheats in heavy traffic and I have to take time off work (aka lose money) to go get her. I take the van back. They keep it all day and then take it upon themselves to fix it and charge me $230 without even giving me an estimate or asking me first. What if I didn't just have 230 bucks in my back pocket to pay them?! When I got mad at the guy he acted like it was no big deal. Almost like losing my business didn't bother him at all. Well, they have definitely lost a customer. Don't go to Auto Dynamics. They don't do quality work and they are shady. There's plenty of other mechanics in Winter Haven.

I am new to this area. I was heading somewhere else(using my google maps because I still don’t know where I’m going yet). I pulled in here at the direction of my map and quickly realized I was behind their shop building. I was stuck as there were vehicles in the way. I had only one option to turn around. My tire barely went over the edge of the grass. As I turned my car around this guy comes out yelling at me. I pointed forward to let him know I was simply trying to leave. He was standing directly in front of my car preventing me from leaving. He continued on, but eventually stepped aside to come to my window. As I was a woman by myself, I’m not going to open my door or roll my window down for a man who is clearly angry and approaching me in an angry manor. I pulled forward when he was safely out of the way to leave. Next thing I know, this dude hit my car!! I rolled my window down a little to ask his name. He refused to tell me but did tell me he was the owner. I explained I had no other option to turn around. He was yelling saying I drove over his sprinkler.(I wasn’t in the grass enough to have done that) and there was no sign posted. If there was I would have asked for help. He ended his yelling rant with don’t come back here ever. No worries dude, I won’t be. It isn’t that hard to be kind and ask questions to get to the bottom of a situation without intimidating a woman. If this is how they treat people, I would never trust them with my vehicle. It was a simple misunderstanding and he blew up about it. What kind of business can you be proud to run if you don’t treat people right?

Not ever again! I took my car in for an oil leak and some sensor issues. When I got my car back, it had MORE leaks than it had before they touched it! Quoted me $1888 for a brand new A/C because it "supposedly" needed it. I took it to an A/C shop.....costed me $400 to fix a few little parts and a wiring harness. NOW, it seems to be leaking from the harmonic balancer and my water pump has a leak!?? NONE of that was an issue BEFORE they touched it! I WILL NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I have been going to Auto Dynamics since I was in my mid twenties, I am currently in my fourties. The Staff here are very warm & welcoming. They provide great customer service as well as great service to your vehicle (s). They will “not” rip you Off!! They truly are honest hard working people that understand what it is like to work paycheck to paycheck and will do everything they can to assist you with the service (s) that need to be done and not charge you an arm & a leg. No need to take out a loan to get your vehicle fixed here... We are in good hands! I will continue to come to Auto Dynamics and I hope you will too!
