This particular Tuffy is very fairly priced and takes care of their customers. My engine seized up (manufacturer problem) and they diagnosed it for me and advised the necessary steps to get the manufacturer to fix it. I highly recommend them and will continue to service my vehicles there in the future.

Honestly Jayy is a sweetheart and it seemed like we were always on the same page but at the end of the day, communication was so very poor within this crew. I’d tell them the few things that I know needs getting done and in many cases it wouldn’t get to the person actually working on my car. Not only that but I had both of my cars in and out constantly from this tuffys. It didn’t feel like they were confident in knowing what the problem is (might seem like it through words but not through action and execution) the car that I had last in this shop is currently sitting in front of my house and doesn’t turn on now, when it very much should be. I always had to call to ask for any updates or to see if my car was done because they wouldn’t call me. They lied in many cases and I feel like they also manipulated the situations. My recommendation is to look elsewhere.

Went here because Take 5 charges $80 for a full synthetic oil change. First off these guys refused to honor a printed coupon for $39.95 and then they refused to honor the online coupon for the same price. Cost me $5 more so I went ahead. I had to go out into the service area to find the manager to even get served. The lobby is filthy and they had no fresh water. The oil change took me an hour and a half even though they started on it fairly quickly. This place is run like your corner grease monkey garage not a national chain. I'll go somewhere else next time

Whenever I take my car in, the staff always treats me good. Tuffy's is a great place to bring your vehicles. They are honest, trustworthy, and they get the job done right.
