We decided to take a trip to this location from Ohio to help my sister with finding her bridesmaid dresses. We were so excited to go. Our consultant seemed like she didn’t want to help us and we felt like we were bothering her. We will never come here again. I’ve visited this store multiple times. I know that my size will most likely not be carried here - especially pants and skirts, but I like to window shop, and the wedding dresses attract my eye. Every single time I’ve come into the store I have never been greeted. I will specifically speak to this instance I had today. I walked in, in front of an employee, and I got no greeting or ask for help. Then I proceeded to watch 3 other women walk in, who were thinner than I am and they were all welcomed in and asked if they needed help shopping. I made eye contact with several employees as I browsed around. I had 1 employee give me an awkward “hi” as they shuffled by me. I was given weird looks, like why was I there. And I passed several employees multiple times and got nothing. I don’t know if this is deliberate, but it certainly feels like bigger, curvier, fatter women are not welcomed in this store, and that is sad.
