Recently, my 1963 Caddy became vandalized, & my outside drivers side mirror was stolen, & 2 tires slashed, puntured - soo I needed to have the car towed, when I called JC Tayler they were kind, compassoinate, & concerned. After speaking with Jerimiah, my claim was handled very quickly & fair ! I received a check to replace my mirror & 2 tires 2 weeks after the incident ! Not a very good web site. On a Saturday, I wanted to buy classic car insurance from JC, as the the previous owner of the car I bought held a policy through them. It was the weekend and the only thing it seemed I could do on their site was to print a long document to fill out for FAXing. No online forms. So I called another company and got a live person and purchased a better policy with 2k more in damage/theft coverage and 3k more allowable annual milage, all for $20 more than the original owner was paying for their policy. I certainly appreciate the small business thing, but get with the times and update your internet sales ability.

This company was not professional, and did not get back to me in a timely manner. My grandmother had a classic car insured through them. She passed away. I inherited her car, and wanted to keep everything the same way she had it. They were rude, and did not help me in any way to help to keep this memory going. I used another company, who were ready to insure me the day I called. They didn't require the amount of paperwork this company did. I wouldn't suggest you use this company.

I get them on the phone, but find them to be useless..
Hmm... I never had anything but really good luck sometimes I wait on hold for about 5 minutes but I've always gotten the best rates they literally pay $140 for my truck insurance for the whole year I hardly drive the truck is for show.. I plan on Switching all my insurance to them. I am not very organized LOL anytime I need to get ahold of them I just Googled their number and I call.. they always send me my papers on time I'm sorry you're going through that but for me they been nothing but great
I dont think so. They only just started taking electronic payments a little over a year ago. Very archaic company.
