Beautiful little town and very knowledgeable gentleman , and lady we talked with for a long time, at the welcome center/ visator center/train station lots of knowledge of the area .it is on my bucket list to ride the train and see more of the area.

Sorry, but we do not actually sell anything at the Welcome Center. The Rail Trail Store does have magnets and you can look online at https://rail-trail-store.myshopify.com/
I am sorry to tell you that trains run from April until the end of October and Polar Express runs in November and December. I hope that you might be able to visit at a time they are available. Anne Beardslee
I am assuming that you are asking about the train rides that take place in our area. There is a 4 hour train and an 8.5 hour train that do excursions from the town of Elkins. You can get specific information at Mtn-Rail.com or by calling 304-636-9477. (You have asked the question of the Welcome Center and unfortunately we do not work for the RR.)
