I recently placed an order at this BWW. I placed one order and then placed another a bit after. There was a bit of a wait, which I knew, but as I was sitting and waiting for my next order one of the employees made sure I was taken care of and even offered me a drink. She looked like a manager because of her black polo, but even the regular team members kept me company and engaged me in conversation. This customer service really made my night infinitely better after a rather bad night, and really turned my night around. The food came out before expected and was hot and delicious. These employees deserve a raise for their hospitality and willingness to go above and beyond their job duties.

I ordered 15 traditional for myself. My friend had 10 traditional as well. The orders were to go so I didn't look when I got the bag but all of our wings had little to no sauce on them we used Frank's wing sauce I had from the fridge.

Food was good. I had a good time here. My friend came here and did the reaper wing challenge and won. It was fun watching him but we cheered him on and it all worked out. I maybe next 😳 so I'll prepare for next time. Thanks to the staff and Management here that made the experience here fun.
