Drive through takes entirely too long recently for the past month. They could be training new workers which is fine but inside started to get packed to.

The employees are so rude! Every time I go through the drive through they have an attitude and throw the food at you practically. They act as if you are bothering them when you pull up to the window. This Wendy’s needs a corporate visit and everyone should be reevaluated!

I'll start on a positive note and say the food was great no issues there but the service was not great the guy taking my order seemed like he wasn't even paying attention had to repeat my order multiple times and he still got it wrong. Then gets my order ready and it just sits there until a few minutes later then decided to tell me it was ready

I ordered a meal online through the app thinking when i arrived i could go inside or have them bring out my order. Instead i had to wait in the drive thru line for 20 mins. By that time my food was cold. Why use the app if you still have to wait in the drive thru line?
