Unfortunately this location has limited staffing. Waited 20 minutes in line with 6 other folks. No one was waited on. The two employees were too busy filling dozens of mobile/door dash orders. Not their fault, but I left without food, which is unacceptable.

Ordered regular chicken nuggets for my 3 year old. Told them my 3 year old loves them and they gave me spicy chicken nuggets which are too spicy for him to eat. Waste of money and food and causing harm to a 3 year old who cannot yet handle spicy food. How messed up is that. Will never go here again!

By far the worst ever drive thru wrapped around the building with 20 cars in line. Inside is always closed. They gave us the wrong order n it was wrong n had to wait 15 more mins die the right Bürgers get home and not one drop of Ketchup or cheese. Like why is this location even open??

While I normally don't post reviews, I felt it necessary to do it for this place. The service was INCREDIBLY slow. Despite having 4 people behind the register, there was minimal attention paid to in-store customers. I should not have to wait in line for fast food for half an hour JUST to order, let alone actually receiving my food. Avoid coming in the store anytime remotely close to lunch or dinner.
