The staff is amazing and polite. I had a wonderful conversation with the ER Doctor who was patient and true to his conversation. I’ve recovered and I’m very thankful for your service. Certainly, AH ER is our first choice for emergencies!

I am giving their emergency room 1 star only bc they did save my mom’s like the first time. This will be her eighth time coming through this ER in the last 2 1/2 months. She has a feeding tube and a drainage tube from surgery. Her feeding tube broke a week ago at rehab. They brought her here to have it put back in. The ER doctor proceeded to make it worse and couldn’t fix it. Had to admit her for a week. She just got out and her drain tube fell out yesterday at rehab. Took her to ER last night and spent the night there. The ER doctor couldn’t figure out what size the tube was. Left the temporary one in that rehab place had put in. Did nothing and sent her back to rehab. Now it has not drained in hours, which causes her to get so sick that she starts throwing up which throws her into a fib. RUN from this ER. While we have encountered a couple good doctors here, I would never chance it again if I had a choice. I understand being understaffed, but not incompetent.

Super impressed with all the staff here - especially nurse Julie and Dr. Kim. Only complaint was the wait time - we were there for about 4 hours before getting into a room but that is understandable with the number of ambulances that we watched pull up. Unfortunately it is just a busy ER. But the staff more than made up for the wait. They made us feel at ease and kept us laughing in scary situations.

No one wants to end up in the ER on your babies first Disney trip! AdventHealth Children’s ER was amazing for our girl today though! We NEVER leave reviews but after seeing some not positive ones this morning and being scared to go, I wanted to share how wonderful they were to us! Monica and Elizabeth were amazing ER nurses! So caring and patient with our 4 year old! Dr Simpson was so wonderful and thorough! Overall 10/10 would recommend this Children’s ER! Praying we never have to return but that they know how much we appreciate everything they did for us! 💗
