Used to love using the mobile app to order ahead and be able to be in control and see first hand of what all modifications are done, however, there have been multiple times where they have gotten my order completely wrong. I get that busy days can and may result in a mess up and mistakes will be made, but when I have certain dietary needs and they have not been met because of re-occurring mistakes, it is upsetting. From wrong milks used (ordered non-dairy to them using normal milk) to ordering a frappuccino and getting a completely different one (ordered and modified to where there was no dairy, and yet was given one with items that contain dairy). I know ordering out comes with consequences but I gladly I am quick enough to catch on before suffering the physical and body complications. Others may not be so lucky and can result in worse outcomes. I always have just ordered something safe and common and now giving starbucks the chance and exploring more items has let me to appreciate the company, however, in recent times, it has shown me that I cannot do this.

No matter how many cars are in the driveway thru very fast efficient service. Staff is very friendly and facility is very clean. Customer service as well as drinks and food are on point!! Excellent job
