Very nice playground, swing set and picnic pavilion. This park is also good for bird watching as it has a strip of forest and a marsh area. The marsh area near the parking lot had a great number of birds to watch and the park was empty so the bird songs were great. The picnic pavillion has two barbecues that look like they are never used. Lots of open area that would make it great for throwing a frisbee. I was here for an hour and the park remained empty. The park was clean and well maintained.

It would probably depend on the sport, but There's really no room for much more than a catch. It's more of a picnic park
