Horrible place ...just moved in and the place is unfinished!!! There is no door in the thank boilers, kitchen floor is messy with alot of glue on it and cuts, rained yesterday and there is now a flood in the living room , main door Lock didn't work and i couldn't locked the door at night for 3 days in a row!! Maintenance doesn't care at all and management the same, now they are charging me for a renovated unit when this place is trash a complete trash nothing is renovated !!!! I am so mad sad now all the hope to live in a more spacious place is gone and my credit ruined cause not paying rent ... This place is below zero stars and a joke they don't care about their tanants...Think twice moving here or maybe you'll regret it and will be late ...like happened to me

I have lived in riverview for over 7 years. I am only still here because my credit is bad and I haven't been able to find another decent place. I have 3 kids and a husband. My living room air vent has been caved in since the day I moved in. They still have not had anyone fix it. They haven't fixed a lot of things that was wrong when we did our walk through when we first moved in. Our neighbors house flooded and water came into our house badly, instead of replacing the carpet the maintenance just put a fan in my living room until it dried. I know there is mold under the carpet now. They just painted over mold in the bathroom. I had them fix the towel rack in the bathroom and the maintenance guy not only made it crooked but didn't put it in the holes already there so to this day I have 2 big holes in my wall. I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling and it made a huge hole. No one even came to look at it for over a month. We have a major mouse problem. Don't even get me started on the office people. They don't even have a working number for the office. They spent all their money on these fancy new dumpsters instead of fixing people's homes. Also they never renewed my lease this past year so they automatically put me on month to month and it's 1700 dollars. When i moved in 7 years ago my rent was 1,100 dollars. Before the month to month i was paying over 1,500. They raise the rent too much each year. This place is awful and it is only going down hill. There's not enough space on here for me to even write half the stuff wrong with this place. Don't waste your money moving here.

Honestly, I’d give this company a million negatives if I could. I was gonna write this huge long review but I have wasted enough of my time with this joke of a company. Please people no matter how desperate you are to live somewhere you WILL waste your time applying here. You will never be able to get ahold of anyone and will have to take off work just to get a response. They kept telling me we were approved we could move in at “x” time and NEVER got back to us after they got my money. Told me they would refund me and mail me my deposit money back via check, which would take 7 business days. Weeks later .. still no check. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY!!
