I called to make an appointment for my cat for annual visit & vaccination 3 different times and the answer is the same always, someone will call me back to schedule, I never received that call. The shoulda tell me to schedule somewhere else and save me the time. Worst service and unprofessional staff. Never again

Mr. & Mrs. Drs. Suh are wonderful vets. They and their staff have taken great care of all our cats. Mr. Dr. Suh is very personable. Mrs. Dr. Suh is a skilled surgeon. My family trusts them to give the best care and guide us when there isn’t anything more that can be done.

They have always sent us a postcard saying our pup is coming due on his annual check up and vaccines
I took my newly adopted stray and for a visit with the doctor (required), a de-wormer (since injesting fleas causes worms) and 2 months flea treatment was $85 all together. They are awesome! They will treat the cat the same day!
I tell you i would never go to another vet i been here over 10 years he has took care of our babys A+
They take credit cards. Yes. Yes.
No they do not currently accept CareCredit, but they do take other forms of credit (visa etc)
When in doubt, take him in to Arbutus Vet, they are reasonable with cost and very professional, accurate, and caring
