I ordered the Bella Italia Special tonight & there was NO SAUSAGE AT ALL on this pizza. The pizza is dry and the sauce has no taste. I’m not happy at all …. the reviews say it’s great but it was a GREAT MISTAKE TO SPEND MY MONEY & CALORIES on this monstrosity!!!

The food is always good, but what I don't understand is why, when all the workers depend on those tips that people leave by the register, that an employee getting your food would be rude. No respect, no tip. The manager should tell the workers that they're costing other people tips when they don't know how to treat the customer with respect. Really basic customer service.
