Vicky is a very sweet lady! Today would’ve been the second visit. We had an appointment for 5pm & around 4:55pm, Vicky texted us asking if we can do 5:30pm instead. Now, I did not mention we just took a 40 minute drive to see her. So, to kill time, we went to grab food & made sure to be on time. We got back to her by 5:20pm & contacted her letting her know we were there. We waited, waited & waited……. Called her at 5:45pm since we didn’t hear from her. No response. By 6pm, we decided to leave. We have still yet to hear anything from her. Waste of time & gas. Highly disappointed!

We agreed on an appointment for 9am Saturday morning. In the text I asked I How much for lemonade braids and I didn’t get answer for that. I just figured fine I will get the price when I get there. So I asked for the address/location and she sent it With no apt number) I didn’t know it was an apartment until I got there. I also text and said I’m on my way I will be there in 20 minutes. When I got there I called multiple times and it goes straight to voicemail I text and let her know I was here and asked her what her apartment number are you in. I waited a little bit and called again her phone was turned off so it kept going to voicemail. This was very unprofessional to stand someone up. I drove far to get to her location and she turned her phone off. Bad business!
