We had a brief but very comfortable stay. Erick at the counter set the tone, he was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and had great amenities. We enjoyed the refreshing and serene pool, proximity to ice machines and quietness of the property. We will be return guests for sure.

My friend and I stayed at this Best Western for 4 nights a couple weeks ago. They have lovely staff who are always at the front counter to assist and greet you. No problems with our check-in. The hotel has free parking, which is always great, as well as complementary breakfast. This hotel is also close by a Target, Starbucks, etc., and the area seemed to be safe. The hotel room was fine, nothing too fancy or anything. Overall a very decent stay.

Positive: The staff was extremely helpful and nice, and accommodating,Hands down. There were a lot of places to eat around and Target,CVS and Walmart if you needed anything. They had a good size fridge in the rooms. The lobby had a microwave, free coffee/tea etc. Negative: no hand sanitizers placed around the hotel,there wasn't enough variety in the breakfast choices basically samething everyday.I would have opted out of room service if they had a broom/dust pan in the room. The walls are thin and no shuttle bus. Dirty pool

First time in Los Angeles and hotels are very expensive. But this Best Western was in my price range and located in an not to busy area. Plenty of parking. Breakfast in the morning is standard to any other hotel. I would say the rooms does need some renovations. This just my option but the color of the rooms make it seems dull and depressing. But other room that, the room contains everything needed for a stay so I am satisfied.
