MANAGERS PLEASE READ AND DO BETTER So I live down the street and used to always go here. They hired new people that don’t speak English and don’t understand English, and always mess the order up leaving us annoyed and frustrated and the lines so long. The manager (some shorter woman) doesn’t help and just watches the carnage. I ordered one coffee and one number 4, and you would think I asked them to amortize my mortgage. They look at you like your crazy , and then say “you never ordered a coffee” and “we gave you what you ordered “. Meanwhile I got a water and a fry..not what I ordered. That’s it. It’s actually sad because these people need to stay employed during this recession, and I can’t see that happening if they want to stay open. 0/10. Will never go back again. Wawa for me from now on.

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and got a burnt piece of chicken with soggy breading from the pickles. I also ordered sweet and sour sauce for my daughters nuggets and they gave her 3 honey mustard instead so of course she would not eat them. I tried to call the restaurant but no answer. I will be going 1st thing in the morning to get my money back.

Purposely went, because it was free French fries day. I thought it would be cheaper, so I could treat my grandkids. Your people knew nothing about it! I could have purchased enough groceries, for two homemade meals! Thanks for the rip off. Unfortunately, I sent my husband. I would have walked out and went to Wendy's.

if I could give zero stars I would. I have never once came here without having to return my order two or three times on average until they get it right. I have a dairy intolerance and I always make sure I ask for no cheese on my burger and I always get cheese at least once on it and must return it. They are extremely ignorant about it as well and not to mention there’s a ton of construction going on there and it’s just a hot mess to try to get through the drive-through. The wait is always long because there are other people returning their food and waiting for it to come back hopefully correct as well. Save the trip and stop somewhere else locally
