This property has potential. Our checkin host was amazing. We checked in quickly & he was pleasant. We received complimentary water. Service at this point was 5 star. The rooms need some attention, primarily carpet is trashed. Door to bathroom (407) did not lock. Breakfast was GREAT & service was wonderful. Prior to breakfast, I requested late checkout (Diamond Status benefit) due to our after midnight checkin/cancelled flight. The clerk acknowledged & I watched her type "12:00." Around 11:30 we had a knock on the door, followed by a phone call informing us checkout was 11:00. Pool was not open on time (posted). I feel like Hilton Diamond status doesn't mean anything unless a property chooses to be accommodating which is worse than not having preferred status. We didn't get our late checkout (without interruption). Just a few tweaks & this property could be nice.

Super clean room. Excellent breakfast. Big room that had two queens, a pull out couch, and a requested pack and play. They even had a curtain to separate the kids on the pull out couch from us. Had a nice kitchen too. Excellent hotel.

Internet was out so not only did I have to use my data but they could only give out one key. Apparently that key had the ability to open all the doors. There from Friday evening to Sunday morning and it was never fixed. No sort of compensation from the hotel. Is a nice looking hotel. Complimentary breakfast was tasty. Indoor pool was warm. Gym was pretty good. Could use a second bench.

I stayed here 3 times. Is there a such thing as customer service anymore. Poor customer service here. The first time my stay was good. I stayed in a king estate room. The 2nd time I stay in a one bedroom suite. The room wasn't as clean as it should have been. The bed was horrible it squeaked everytime I moved. I tossed and turned the entire night. The last time I booked my stay I called the hotel and was told I must call Hilton Honors to book my stay if I wish to use my points so I did just that. I booked a one bedroom king estate. When I arrived I was booked for a king estate not a one bedroom. It's was so aggravating. Over top of that there was no one bedroom estate available. The customer service at desk said I had to call honors because I booked with them. So I did. The lady one the line said she couldn't help me the front desk had to it was back and forth. Ending result I stayed in the king estate. Hilton has no order. I'm done. This was my last time staying here... Never again.

Mastoris Diner and Jimmy's Grill are across the street. Chickie's and Pete's is about a one minute drive away. Those are all good choices. Toscano's is about 5 minutes away and is a bit more expensive but the food is really amazing. Lots of other restaurants within 10 minutes of the hotel.
