Holiday Inn Express Bordentown - Trenton South, an IHG Hotel

Our stay here was aweful! This was our second time staying at a Holiday Inn Express and we did not enjoy our stay at all. There were large black ants in the room. We told the front desk and the receptionist came in the room and sprayed raid. Well that only made them come out more. On the morning of check out there was a huge black and white spider that landed on the bed from the ceiling! It just so happened that my fiance had just got up and went to the bathroom or it would have landed right on him! The room never got cleaned our 3 days there even though we requested it. The oatmeal for breakfast was cold and I had to take it back in the room to microwave it. I sent an email to the hotel manager and waited a month before posting this. I never heard from him. Our experience at the other Holiday Inn Express was a bad experience as well. I know one thing for sure, we won't be staying at this or any other Holiday Inn Express again! You shouldn't either!

As a Diamond elite ambassador I highly recommend this property! As I travel for work and live out of IHG hotels this is by far one of my best stays yet... ver clean hotel with nice spacious rooms... the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.. the lady who checked me in was very accommodating and went out of her way to be friendly and helpful my reservation was tricky as I paid for Saturday used points for Sunday and paid for Monday.. I will definitely be staying here again!

No problems from beginning to end! Clean room & no problems check in & out! Doris is a Fabulous night manager! Place got busy with guests, but still received personal attention and guidance from staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Positive: The hotel was very clean and the staff and accommodations were very nice. The beds were comfortable and I would highly recommend this hotel. Negative: The bathroom door in room 315 needs to be fixed. It¿s a little hard to open and close, which might make it difficult for some people, especially the elderly or a child.
