Holiday Inn Express Charles Town, an IHG Hotel

Stayed here for a few nights while my house was being worked on and it was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. There was a large selection and the food was genuinely good. The bathroom in the room needs to be deep cleaned and renovated. There was a mystery stain on the ceiling above the shower and the caulk was peeling and gross in many spots. The wallpaper was also peeling and damaged in a lot of spots. The room was really humid and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. I would probably not stay again due to the bathrooms.

Only there for 1 day but have stayed there several times in last several years. Actually stay at this location because of its close proximity to the Hollywood Casino. So I value the quick, easy, polite check in as well as the clean, comfortable bed as well as very clean bathroom. Likewise I enjoy the morning breakfast with its wide choice of food items. The check out is also very quick and polite. Not even one problem did I have during the most pleasant stay. Thanks again. Mike

My husband and I stayed at the hotel this past weekend and we were impressed with how friendly the staff was from the front desk to the shuttle driver! Our room was super clean and the continental breakfast was delicious. Great variety of foods. We would definitely stay there again!!

Best hotel in Charles Town!! Great hospitality as every staff member we encountered was so friendly and helpful. The shuttle was so convenient and the driver Ronnie was so much fun! The room was very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast before departing. We will definitely visit again soon!
