You are probably not who I need fo leave a review for, but since you're the same company, I will. You guys stole money from me for a game. My xbox is linked to my microsoft account, it has to to be, it's a microsoft product. I purchased the game on your web page and it tells me that I own the game, but you will not download it to my console. Why? I don't know. It's the same account. I've tried calling and chatting, no resolution responses. I tried to refund the game, will not give me any resolution for a proper refund. So you stole my money not leaving any actual way to receive my product. MICROSOFT ARE THIEVES AND WILL. OT PROVIDE ANY HELP WHEN PURCHASING A GAME FROM MICROSOFT.COM. THE SAME MICROSOFT.COM IM LOGGED INTO ON MY XBOX ONE. AND THEY DIDNT EVEN PROVIDE A RECIEPT OR DOWNLOAD CODE FOR MY PURCHASE. THEY STOLE MY MONEY. THIEVES!!!!
