Got an email from them asking to confirm or cancel my appointment. Since I didn't need the car serviced anymore, I clicked on cancel the appointment and got an email back confirming the cancelation. All well and good. Until.. 5 mins later I got a call from them where the woman kept harassing me about how it’s my responsibility to call and cancel the service by phone because doing it through email doesn’t cancel the appointment from their charts.. (ok…?) Oh and it’s apparently my job to do that because they’re providing a “free” service when they pick the car up. Didn’t realize Devon Mercedes has a volunteer staff who picks the car up otherwise you’d think the money we pay twds the service (often a lot more than what we’d pay a private mechanic) takes care of their salaries too. Thank GOD I didn’t use them. And I’m in the market for a Mercedes for wife— this isn’t the place I’m going.

This was the worst experience. They don’t care and attempt to rip your off, have no consideration. Only out there to get your money. I had taken my 2013 c300 which did not start and they wanted $1950 to fix steering module.I got it fixed for about half the price. Besides there were 3 other recalls coming high they did not care about. I had to back and forth to request them to do it and they would not give me eta when it would be done, would not reply to messages about what fix they did… It was bad….

Terrible. Notice that your question was answered by the dealership. I can speak from experience that the service techs are incompetent, the service advisor doesn't even check out the absurd excuses the techs give him, they are sloppy and try to blame the customers for their mistakes. This dealership might have a good sales department, but I wouldn't ever go back there for service if my car broke down right in front of the place!
It's a lease for 485/month. But trust me everyone will make sure to get you the best price possible. My fav guy was Anthony Barbine. He's outstanding!!
Masks are required by all employees and customers. Our service advisors have glass separators at their desks for further protection as well as most sales consultants. We do a nightly cleaning and disinfecting as well. Our waiting room is set up for social distancing and we are limiting crowds in our showroom and waiting rooms.
