Service quality was good, inspection & oil change in 1.5 hours, complimentary car wash as well. Purchased used 2017 Audi TT 1 year ago, was given 1st scheduled maintenance free card, promised free oil change. Was told today card is for new car purchase only 10k inspection, not free oil change. Service manager did delete inspection sticker charge to help offset bill. Finance manager who gave me the card at purchase dropped the ball here hence the 4 star rating. Otherwise, it went well today.

Had several recalls to clear. Audi Devon people were very courteous and professional. Work done on time with a thorough inspection and car wash to boot. I was given a nice loaner. Altogether a 5 star experience

I had a flat tire. Another dealership where I purchased my Audi was unavailable to get me in for service and could not give me an estimate when they would be able to repair my tire. I called Audi of Devon. They treated my case as an emergency and got my car in for service in the afternoon despite also being busy and not purchasing my vehicle there. They were able to locate my information immediately from the other dealership. They were efficient and professional. I would highly recommend!

My car was towed in for transmission issues, Andre Barnett (service writer) told me my battery was bad without testing it ( as confirmed by Andre ), also that the vehicle had no further drivability issues without ever having test driving it( allegedly due to the bad battery) which also turned out to not be accurate. When asked to proceed without replacing the battery (quoted at $600) I was told that if the battery was not replaced that no further service would continue with my vehicle. For the sake of argument I replaced the battery myself coded the new one to the vehicle and proceeded to have the old one tested. when asked for test results, tech notes, battery test printouts, anything that could prove the battery was bad I was told that there’s a non factory battery installed and anytime they see that they automatically suggest replacement good or not. When I insistence they actually test the battery themselves as they should have done before recommending replacement the only thing I was given was a test result stating that the battery was still good and testing well above what it's rated for ON THEIR EQUIPMENT by Lee erfer ( the service manager because at this point we’re a week into this battle and escalated to management whom seems to blindly back their employees even when proven wrong) The take away - the service department here seems comfortable misleading customers who may not know any better and they try to use technical jargon to make it actually sound legit unless you yourselves speak the language and can weed through the BS. As of now even when presented with multiple sources of evidence including from their own testing machines the last thing I was told before having my vehicle taken to a different dealership was that “we stand behind our recommendation of battery replacement”
