Beautiful resort. The activities were engaging and the food was good. One of the waitresses in the restaurant had a nasty attitude and asked when my work group was leaving a little too many times. Made me feel like we were a problem to her. Thankfully, we didn't spend much time there. All of the other staff were great.

Beautiful grounds, excellent spa massage. Nice pools. But extremely pricey! Food good but not worth the $. Canceled our food reservations after we found our dinner could be $300 !Rooms nice. Bathrooms small.Extra activities all extra and over priced. Check in and expected to get your luggage to your room far away. No bell hops ! For what it cost would be nice to have help since we went there to relax and rest our bad backs. Could have gone to Vegas for 4 days ! But this was closer to home. Would not go again.

When my my wife and child check in to our room we saw that we had DRIED BLOOD ON THE SEAT! This is a room that is supposed to clean. I have pictures as well. We had no screen on the window! Lastly the shower head spilled water all over the bathroom floor. This is a time that you need to be extra clean and that clearly is not the standard in this hotel. I have given. Them a chance to speak with me and I have had no calls back. This is disgusting and definitely has gone down hill since what it was in the past, Comeone DRIED BLOOD THAT IS NOT MINE IS DISGUSTING. Do better have better customer service my next step will to send the health department the pictures. Maybe then they will care about what is going on.

The room was ok. There was a light bulb in the bathroom that kept flickering to the point I had to unscrew it. Another lamp in the room kept going on and off. And overall the lighting was dim. The rest was fine. The restaurant service was very good but the food was over priced and the selection was small. I do not have anything good yo say about our spa experience. The massages at the spa were awful. The spa environment was loud, the waiting area was uncomfortable and the services extremely pricey. The aesthetics of the resort were beautiful so it set our hopes up high for a great experience. However, everything fell flat.
