Not a lot of selections, and the clothes that they sell are kinda old. Prices are a little bit high compare to other Ross branch.

Your cashier today could use a lesson in manners. NO GREETING. Rude as hell. No THANK YOU. No offer of a bag. SMART remarks from him and the girl standing at the end of the register as we were leaving. Absolute joke. GET RID OF HIM.

*UPDATE* 3/18/21 Since the start of Covid, I've only been in Ross a handful of times, and most of those times have been in the past couple of weeks; before covid, I frequented them often. I'm sure as they replenish items, I'll find myself shopping here a lot more. Employees are still friendly and courteous, and the store appears clean! Outside sometimes questionable. Often, the clothes racks are packed to a point where going through and looking at each item can be difficult. Most people know what Ross is all about; they are a discounted chain department store, offer various styles and items, and tend to be different depending on your location, meaning they vary from store to store. I've always found something I had to have at Ross, today a cute jacket, three days ago a cute top. Ross does offer some pretty decent deals, and you can sometimes find name brands, not high-end name brands like Gucci or Louise Vuitton, but brands like Calvin Klein, Kenneth Cole, Juicy Couture, Michael Kors, Steve Madden, etc. Some of the items I see are a season or two old; none less, they offer many things and low prices. You can find Men, Women, and Children's clothing; Purses/Handbags, Wallets, Makeup, Furniture, Kitchen Wares, Shoes, Toys, Jewelry, and even items for fluffy and fido! Ross still has an excellent return policy, which is good because you're unable to try anything on at the store yet! I said it before; I'll repeat it if you see something, don't wait too long to purchase it; chances are it will be gone the next time your in. Ross is located at 10406 Silverdale Way NW, Silverdale, Washington. *Stay safe, happy and always be kind* ----------------------------- I find myself at Ross normally once a week, I like being able to have a variety of items to look through and normally end up leaving the store with a purchase in hand, planned or not. I would say most of the employees are friendly and helpful. The only thing is, with stores like Ross, if you find something you like purchase it because chances are it wont be there on your next visit, and there's a good chance they won't restock it later. Their return policy is great so you can always return it.

Zero Star Review today 11-16-2020 for Ross in Silverdale where I have shopped for years. I was purchasing a large rolled up rug along with other items on a rainy day in Western WA! I wait in line pay for my other items but the Manager wont let me pre-pay for the rug because its against store policy to have things that are paid for in the store...odd. but ok. I then pre arrange WITH the manager to wrap the rug. He explains that that is not something they do...I said that I have regularly had items wrapped for weather and or damage control. After much debate and confusion on his part, he agrees. I explain that I am running across town and when I return I will just pull out front, run in and pay and load the rug...easy enough. well NOT for a manager of 7 years working for Ross! I return an hour later, NO wrapped rug! There was a line of 4 people, I approach his register say that I need him to get that wrapped as arranged. He alerts a despicable person named Jessica, asking her to start to wrap the rug. This takes about 45 seconds. I then get in line to pay, at which time she approaches me very elevated telling me that I cant talk to them like that! What follows was her yelling and interrupting me EVERY time I tried to explain what had occurred. The meek Manager even lied saying I didn't have pre arrangements with him on the handlings of the rug. My adult Daughter was with me the whole time as a witness. When I would speak she would say Oh my God! Cross her arms and when I would start, attack me again, interrupting! I said I was dealing with the manager, and that we had it arranged. Jessica then proceeded to talk about me to other employees BEFORE I had even left the store! Despicable! THUMBS DOWN! PS this post made me give at least one star to submit my Review.

What I heard from the mgmt is first week they opened they were cleaned out, i witnessed lines of 40 or 50 people but I was told couple of those days there was a 3 or 4 hour wait. They are trying to replenish as fast as they can but people come in and still by a lot of stuff. Just be patient 😉
No
Sometimes, usually larges and mediums, earth tones
I think they would. If so it will be with the backpacks.
I know you must have a mask on to enter store, unable to use dressing rooms, staff have mask on as well, as far as cleaning habits go, one can hope they are following the strict CDC rules, but I cannot confirm or deny that.
