Avoid Stephanie. She was irritated from the moment I stepped up for my banking needs. Which is to bad. As its her job. Both other people were VERY nice. When I had almost an hour of banking just a few days ago the guy was REALLY nice as well. Very helpful and informative.

The Chase employees in Silverdale are the best. For me they have gone above and beyond to work with us, from opening our new accounts to notarizing. Professional, friendly and helpful.

Yes. IF you have an account with Chase, then ordering and selling foreign currency is free. IF you do not have an account with Chase, then there is a fee. Depending on what you order, the turnaround averages 2-5 business days. They sell most currencies, but there are a few they do not (Cuba is one of them), so I advise to call first before going to a branch. Also, you need to order your currency in person, NOT online and not thru an app as that service is not available (yet). If you are looking for Canadian, Mexican or Euros (and I think one or two others), they do have a "FOREIGN CURRENCY STOCKING BRANCH" as well, but you need to call them and ask for it's precise location. Once upon a time, I used to be familiar with a few clerks and would ask if they had anything on hand that they wanted to get rid of (paper or coin) and sometimes they would sell it off to you.
