I gave birth in March 2022 to a beautiful baby boy with the wonderful assistance of Kim and Krystal. My husband and I had decided later in the pregnancy (24 weeks) that we did not want to have a hospital birth as I was very disappointed in my provider and care. To the network of doctors, I was just a number and they dismissed a lot of concerns I had as a first time mom. Kim was recommended to us and I was so relieved she was able to take us on her caseload since we would be working with a doula as well. It really was the best decision we had made and that was apparent from our very first appointment. Kim is very understanding and was thorough in my care. I never felt any pressure from her and she really helped in easing so much of my anxiety with her knowledge and by providing me with research articles when I had questions as she knew I really appreciated such things to help me make certain decisions. She was wonderful at explaining the birth process to my husband and making him feel a bit more at ease about the entire process. Kim had me meet the other midwives that could possibly be attending my birth so I would be more comfortable when the time came. She provided me with supplements and information when I needed to increase my platelet count. I had an extremely quick labor after three days of stalled early labor and it was taking me a while to push my baby out while in the birth pool. She knew I needed to get out of the pool, and kept the atmosphere extremely calm, that I had no idea just how long I had been in the pool. Once on the bed in the position she said, my baby was out in three pushes. She kept reassuring me through the entire thing and even after as she realized my baby had fluid in his lung that he was not clearing. She contacted all the necessary entities and explained everything to where all my husband and I had to do was go. She and Krystal stayed and cleaned up so well that when my parents had come to get us more stuff to bring to the hospital, there was no signs of the events that had happened just a few hours before. Through this whole experience, Kim was a wonderful support! I really loved that I was able to experience having my baby at home and I'm really so thankful for Kim and her team!

It’s hard to find the words to express how thankful I am that we hired Kim as our midwife. From the very beginning she was nothing short of amazing. She listens to you and supports you in any way that she can… and she is seriously the sweetest most gentle soul I have met! I had a traumatic experience with my first at a hospital so for my second I knew exactly what I wanted and Kim fit every single box. She is an expert in her field and her passion for her clients can easily be seen throughout the entire prenatal-postpartum period. If you are wanting a home-birth, Kim is who you want on your team! Her assistant Jessica is fantastic as well! Seriously cannot say enough good about her!

Words cannot describe how incredible my home birth experience was... I am so grateful to have found Kimberly and that she was more than willing to deliver our baby in the comfort of my home. Kimberly made me and my husband feel totally comfortable and at ease with having a home birth. She answered any and all of our questions and any concerns that we had. When we neared the end of my pregnancy, she prepared us on what to do in case the baby came before she was able to get there, as she's an hour away from my home. By the time my son came, 10 days past his due date, we felt prepared, calm and definitely so ready to bring him into the world! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! When we get around to baby #3 we will definitely be calling Kimberly up again to have that child at home as well.

With every appointment leading up to the birth our relationship grew to the point where I trusted her to help safely deliver my child.
