Absolutely Horrible! I think Harry and Lloyd from dumb and dumber are on my route. They don't pick up the second trash bin on recycling weeks so we labelled it "garbage" and they took the whole can !! the can I just bought because they broke the other one! If I have a bag that "seems" too heavy they don't take it then I have to bring it to the dump and get charged $50?? pathetic, and the state wonders why people throw trash in the woods and all over the side of the roads....

So far WM has been usually on time picking up. Webpage is not the most intuitive when looking for additional information, but service is good.
