Going to the dentist has always been a much dreaded prospect for many of us. But since placing myself, 10 (15 maybe?) years ago, under the care of a very competent and caring dentist, Dr. Mahallati, and his wife, Randi (a hygienist with the gentlest hands and the gentlest manner!), I have come to even look forward to it. It also has come to mean some happy bantering with their long-standing, friendly front office staff, Gina and Sergio (while waiting to be called in). The lounge is always clean and neat, tastefully graced with paintings and flower arrangements. Then someone courteously calls your name and ushers you in, makes you feel comfortable. All that’s missing is Starbucks coffee to catapult you to euphoria! I highly recommend Dr. Mahallati to anyone who’s looking for a competent dentist with many years of experience in the field, not to mention INTEGRITY! My beautiful friend and co-worker, Alma Gomez, recommended him to me 15 years ago. This is indeed an overdue review and commendation. Sorry, Dr. Mahallati. Rather, sorry folks, for missing out on him in the past 15 years, all because of my procrastination. It’s not too late! Go and make an appointment with him. Convenient location, lots of parking space. Be sure to leave a message if you don’t get hold of someone. The staff is good at returning calls, sending notifications and reminders of appointments.

I have been going to Bay Dental for about three years now. They are thorough, quick, professional and always on time. I believe they truly care. They do not look for reasons to do treatments you don’t need. They are also very nice. I highly recommend them.

I don’t think i could have a better experience. I had a tooth emergency, was a new patient, and they got me in the very next day. Not only did they get me in, they were able to fix a filling, make me a crown, and deep clean my gums all in the same day. The entire staff was beyond helpful and friendly. I felt like they genuinely had my best interest at heart. I am extremely grateful I got my teeth fixed that day, I was for sure I’d have to wait 2 weeks to have a crown made. The dentist was so caring too. I highly recommend this place. I also want to give their teeth whitening 5 stars, I was so impressed! Good job guys, thank you for the great experience and making me feel like a priority!

This review of Dr. Mahallati’s practice and the staff at Bay Dental has been long overdue. My family and I have been regular patients at Bay dental for years and are planning to remain so! Personally, I’ve been through a wide range of dental services from extractions to clear correct (Invisalign), and everything in between, and have been completely satisfied with the treatment experience of each service. Granted, I haven’t been the best patient in terms of loosing things and breaking things, but Dr. Mahalati and staff will gladly remedy the issue—even by getting a same-day appointment if needed. The operations of bay dental are second to none. From the admisinstration at the front desk, to the dental staff, the patient experience is really streamlined and effortless. Bless Dr. Mahalallati and Bay Dental staff for keeping my Oral health in excellent shape.
