The front desk accepts digital records for insurance and ID. The waiting room in the back before the exam is lovely and cozy. The technicians are very helpful and gentle. I had an adverse encounter with the billing department, but was glad to clear it out eventually. It is good to know that it is a local business. It is important to be kept calm and cared while you are trying to take care of your health and sometimes it can be unnerving. I was happy to find out that they care about their business and their patients who support their business in return.

I took my fiance to this place as well as a friend 4 years prior to this year, the friend got his printed mri results back personally & had good verbal communication w/staff, the very day of his mri, only a few to 15 minutes after it was done. My fiance had no such benefits of the mri he had done, the only thing he was even able to recall was what section of his spine was scanned, furthermore he either wasn't told why or had no recollection as to why that section was scanned, or whether or not there was evidence of any kind of damage or trauma in the scan, we would desperately like to know that information & have it printed & mailed to us free of charge, please, to show us that they treat all patients equally, without discrimination. My fiance is also part hard of hearing, so I was all the more perplexed when he came back to sit next to me with no printed diagnosis/observations to show for it. This back pain has rendered him job less, and homeless for the last 4 years, if they could please send him the results to his current mailing address, if I can change my rating after that I'll give them 5 stars, as will he, when he gets them, we would appreciate it so much, please?

Staff are friendly, but there are some much needed improvements. Twice, results from tests were not forwarded to my doctor. Also, there are not many measures in place to protect staff and patients from Covid19. No screening of anyone entering facility, no marked separation of seating, and lots of opportunities for transmission of the virus on door handles. A few changes could make a big difference.
