If you want a Stephen King novel to come to life, this is the place. I was expecting at anytime, the word Redrum, to show up on my mirror. There is major disrepair in this hotel. It’s a mess. Ceiling tiles missing in the hallway, obvious black mold on the ceiling. Funky odor in the place. No maid service. It was just a super creepy hotel. The room itself was nice, nice bed. But the long dingy hallway and the hotel felt empty. The reception area is a hot mess. They overcharged my credit card and it wasn’t the same as the hotel bill they printed out to me. It’s not near any places to eat. There is no room service or kitchen. Place was sketch. I left after one night.

Do NOT leave tips here. While eating I overheard some servers complaining with one another about their boss STEALING their tips. They mentioned servers they used to work with no longer worked there because of that reason which makes sense, this place has no shame! Absolute disappointment.

Pros; Great location, great service, Pleasent staff, nice rooms, convenient court yard with nice sitting area & a gazebo. Cons; Elevator is extremely slow which results in long waits, parts of the hotel are old & run down.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. I reserved a room for a friend’s wedding and I got a sudden phone call from a flustered employee who said “you reserved with us right? I’m going to transfer you” and no other information. The other woman didn’t even know why I was transferred and acted like I was the one who called her. She finally got it together enough to tell me they’d cancelled my reservation, offered no alternatives or compensation. When I got upset, she hung up on me. Hideous, horrendous service cannot say it enough times screw this entire place.
