Extremely slow... don't follow directions... have to be told on a daily basis to please stir the coffee so that I can drink it on the way to work not when I get there... its about the little things

used to be my favorite location but for the past few months the quality has been a hit or miss. there is a bitter taste in the coffee depending on the time of day you order.... a taste like maybe the coffee was made wrong or wasn't strained idk. but it's happened SEVERAL times so I stopped coming here. they also have an issue with order accuracy and making drinks correctly.

Every time I go to this Dunkin I have to ask for my coffee to be hotter every single time at some annoying. Unfortunately it’s the only one closest to me without being completely out the way from work.
