This restaurant will take you back in time. We enjoyed our breakfast meal at the counter, as we took in the nostalgic ambiance of our surroundings. This restaurant has been in business for over 100 years and for good reason, as their food is wonderful either in the morning or for lunch. Be sure to swing by in the early afternoon if you want to delight your palate, as they close at 3 pm.

Since this place got new ownership. It's gone down hill. Waitresses don't talk much, never asked if we needed anything or if we liked the food so far. Don't order biscuits and gravy. It's made with water and the biscuits were dehydrated. The owner said it comes from a can and is microwaved. . I couldn't eat it at all. They definitely need personable waitresses. Not speaking for all of the waitresses but the one we had was Terrible. Didn't even say goodbye come back. I've been going to fiddles since I was a kid. I will not be back at this establishment again.

I ordered normal breakfast food, eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast. Everything was great! I enjoyed the location of the building as well. Set down under the Old Route 40 bridge, I felt like I was in the Bronx. I’m definitely adding this place into the rotation of diners I stop in around Fayette County
