Their whole staff is friendly and courteous. You wait in your car, which to me is great! The experience is vastly different from a standard urgent care because they specialize in kids and your child will receive the help they need.

Super sweet and fast. They closed at 11pm and we went in at 10:15pm out at 10:50pm. My daughter is 2, and was a little sceptical at first, but the ladies were so nice she had no problem warming up to them. When we got back to the car she even told me "mommy I have fun with Dr." 🥰

I had a bad experience at CHOC and decided I’d never go back. Luckily I found Little Star Pediatrics. We were in and out in about 2 hours . Staff was really nice . If my kids ever need emergency care Id come here again.

I absolutely love this place! I've been taking my babies here for a few years now. They call a few days after your visit to check on how your little one is doing. Now with covid. They have you check in on your phone and text you when it's your turn to come inside. Which I personally love because it keeps your babies safe and its faster because it tells you when to start heading back to the office when your turn is coming up. I never take my kids to regular urgent care anymore.

If it's straight medical they don't! You need to be enrolled in a plan. Like IEHP or Molina. I foster my niece and tried taking her here and it was a no. But I will call and make sure. Good luck!
Hello yes we do!
Hello yes we do
We are accepting applications for part time CNAs yes!
Nose swab
I think so but just call and ask. They are very nice and helpful there.
Hello! We are a pediatric urgent care so we see up to age 18 but if your child is being tested we can also test you as a family member! We will have rapid testing available to anyone in a few days as well!
As long as they accept your insurance you should be good.
Yes they do, they will charge you later tru the mail
It's a pediatric urgent care, there's no specific doctor assigned. The doctors and staff that are there are very nice and go out of their way to make the kids comfortable.
Hello sorry we are not in network with straight MediCal but IEHP/MediCal we do accept. Hope this helps thanks
Hello Ms Radkay! This is Dr G the owner of Little Star. Thank you for posting this question and I’d love to explain a bit. We are a little over 2 years old now and thanks to the wonderful families of Rancho, we have been growing at a rate that we honestly didn’t expect. Initially our volumes were such that one provider was more than enough but over the last year we have gotten to where many days require more than one. During the winter months all of our shifts are covered with 2 providers but sometimes we had situations where a provider was out sick (sometimes even we get sick from these bugs!) as winter volumes slow down we go back to one provider shifts with someone on call (majority of the time that’s me) I have been watching this past few months very closely since we are growing faster than expected and if the volumes persist we are actively recruiting more providers to help out. Please feel free to reach out to me and I can explain even further! Sorry for the long post!
Not straight medical. Only if you have a plan like IEHP
