Within the last several months, this place has really gone downhill. Seems they must have made a poor decision about something.........

No complaints about the optometrist but this location seems severely understaffed. After 3 weeks I have yet to receive an email or phone call regarding the availability of my glasses. Currently the store closes 2 hours earlier (@ 5pm) than the time specified online. Unacceptable!

Went to store Saturday during business hours and doors were locked. Cannot get anyone to answer phone. Called customer service who also cannot get anyone to pick up in the store. It should not be this hard to get something you paid for. Will never go back to this location.

Do not go here if you want easy and efficient service. My first appointment was cancelled the day of after having made all the necessary changes with my work schedule. They were extremely indifferent and could only schedule me 3 weeks out from that date I already waited over 2 weeks for. I was less than 10 minutes late , due to a wreck on the interstate, and they cancelled my appointment again after having explained to them the issue. I took the latest appointment they would give me due to my work schedule. They didn’t bother to call before canceling the appointment and, as I mentioned before, it was less than 10 minutes before they cancelled. Once again, was met with total indifference in response of having driven all the way out there for the appointment. It’s been nothing but a headache having to deal with this establishment.
