A nice place for a hike, not many options around other than baseball fields border of the park. Park you car near the sign that looks like there’s map (😅 there’s no map). Enter the path on the opposite side and walk about 10 minutes to the Waterfalls. There’s a steep path towards fall, must be careful.

I can't believe I've lived in the Morgantown area for 13 years and I never knew about this beautiful park! There are miles of hiking and walking trails, waterfalls, picnic areas and more!

Playing fields are abundant, however they are not kept in great shape. The parking areas are busted and in terrible condition. The bathrooms are always clean and well stocked.

Places to sit along the way, yes. No picnic tables on the trails but there are some near the playgrounds in two places.
To get to the falls, there is a small parking area on the side of the road near the ice rink. This parking area is right across from the walking trails. Take those trails until you reach a wooden overlook. Just past the overlook is a footpath down a hill. It's pretty steep, but the falls are down that hill
There is a mountain bike trail, and it's fantastic. I visit at least once a week. White park main trails are fun, and has obstacles, but there is also a small jump park. There are quite a few trails around the morgantown immediate area. White park, Westover, and bakers ridge have trails. Bakers ridge has downhill jumps.
