Horrible customer service. Tried to make a donation and the driver was rude and belligerent. The manager said everyone is a volunteer which somehow made his behavior acceptable. Unreal.Mr. Eble, we are very sorry for the inconvenience. However, our donation policy clearly states that donations need to be gently used, clean and in good condition, and already boxed up for pick-up and our volunteers informed us that was not the case when they arrived at your home. Again we apologize if this caused an inconvenience and if this policy was not explained to you beforehand.

Masks were required people were good about social distance in store and cashier was wiping the register after every customer and was using hand sanitizer after every customer
It used to be Cash Only, now they accept cards. Not sure if it is credit card or debit card specific? But they changed it to reduce contact with cash during this Coronavirus.
