Horrible customer service. Tried to make a donation and the driver was rude and belligerent. The manager said everyone is a volunteer which somehow made his behavior acceptable. Unreal.Mr. Eble, we are very sorry for the inconvenience. However, our donation policy clearly states that donations need to be gently used, clean and in good condition, and already boxed up for pick-up and our volunteers informed us that was not the case when they arrived at your home. Again we apologize if this caused an inconvenience and if this policy was not explained to you beforehand.
