Horrible experience. I was rented a truck with mechanical issues. I could not get a hold of the location and when they called me, all they were concerned with was the equipment. The agent never empathized with me and even stated that he was only concerned with "Clearing" his log because the truck was outstanding. He then tell me that their store manager was going on vacation and did not know how long he would be gone. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Save the trip and time. Go to a different location, if at all possible. You have been warned.

This location is been the worst part of my neighborhood, since they removed the gade from the parking lot. Renters like to come back to return their rental and dump their trash on my block.

Checkout staff are very helpful. Trucks are somewhat beaten up, and not so clean. Cleaning crew could be more careful though as the man using the air hose sprayed dust from across the truck cabin onto me and didn't express care. Glad nothing flew into my eyes. Also the lock for the back latch was broken, but quickly replaced. This place can get busy so expect to wait a good minute. They do have a good selection of moving supplies & propane.
